A Rolls-Royce owned by the Queen frontman is going to auction next month, in aid of a good cause.

The 1974 Silver Shadow was cherished by Freddie Mercury and run for more than a decade, until his death in 1991.
Amid the height of Queen’s popularity in the 80s Freddie was chauffeured all around London in the Rolls. He never held a full driving license.
According to the auctioneers, Sotheby’s, the car was bought by Mercury’s own company, Goose Productions in 1979.
The car still has its original 6.75 litre V8 engine and his finished in Silver Chalice with an unusual blue leather interior. The same as when it debuted on the road in June 1974.

After Mercury’s death the singer’s sister, Kashmira, used the car for many years.
Provenance is guaranteed! The lucky buyer will get various garage invoices and vehicle documents bearing the singer’s name.
The Rolls will go under the hammer on 5th November without a reserve. All proceeds from its sale will go to the Superhumans Center, a charity providing aid to the people in Ukraine.
