The Monte Carlo Historique is one of the most prestigious historic motorsport events and also one of the toughest. Peter Scott and Paul Mankin, in their 1970 Porsche 914/6 will be supporting Jackie Stewarts Race Against Dementia charity.

Dementia is something that most of us will be affected by during our lifetime whether as a sufferer, or a relation or a friend of a sufferer or a professional caring for sufferers. Race Against Dementia (RAD) was founded by Sir Jackie Stewart.
Raising funds for Race Against Dementia is a compelling investment in the pursuit of a world without dementia. The organisation’s focus on innovative research, collaboration, and global impact positions it as a key player in the fight against dementia, and contributions to RAD can make a meaningful difference in advancing our understanding and treatment of this devastating condition.
You can follow Peter and Paul when the team start from Milan on Thursday 1st February as car number 8 and finish in the early hours of the following Wednesday in Monte Carlo and our car, a 1970 Porsche 914/6 will carry significant advertising for the charity and a QR code to enable easy donations.

Made my donation. Hope all goes well on the Monte and lots of funds raised.
Thanks for posting I hadn’t heard of RAD before. Good luck.
I hope the race is nothing like “Monte Carlo or Bust”!!
Sadly Sir Jackie’s wife suffered from dementia and inspired the creation of the charity.
