Starting in Trieste in Italy, the race will pass through a total of 6 countries running the full width of the Italian Dolomites and Alps, finishing in Courmayeur at the foot of Mt Blanc. The potentially appealing aspect of the Coppa is it is open to cars built pre 1990 – not the same pre-1957 age restrictions as the 1000 Miglia.
