2024 LOMBARD RALLY FESTIVAL GRIMSTHORPE CASTLE, 29th and 30th JUNE.
OK, its not in Yorkshire but it does have quite a few participants from Yorkshire and it is an opportunity to fulfill your rallying dreams without massive expense or impact on your car. It is also a good opportunity to road test your competition car before events.

This event will be part of the Baston Car Show, with the option of a second day on Saturday. As previously, a service and parking area adjacent to the Stage Start, with the option to stay overnight on Friday and Saturday, will be set up. Between runs the rally cars will again be displayed in the Quadrangle outside the House. The stage itself is three miles long, using the estate roads.
In 2024 there will be a further four stages run on Saturday afternoon, with the first run at 2.30pm, followed by a social event in the evening. Included in your entry fee will be one meal, served by an outside caterer, with the option to purchase more. If you prefer, you can enter for Sunday only. There will be no spectator access on Saturday and there will be no timing. Subject to entry numbers, there should be at least eight runs on Sunday, with Saturday adding four more.
The stage will be run in both directions, with cars grouped at the finish, before being returned to the start. Following the return, the next group will run the stage, and so on.

There will be a lunch break on Sunday and various food options will be available. Food and Beverages will be available at all times during the day.
The entry fee is £200.00 for Sunday only, £350.00 for Saturday and Sunday, including entry to the Saturday evening social. Scrutineering will not take place, we will ask you to self-certify to the condition of your car. Stage passports and in-date equipment are not required, nor are Competition Licences.
If your car has a Passport please provide the number. The event will run under an IOPD Permit and an IOPD Participants Permit is available if you wish to apply for it – it is not essential to have one. AS PER IOPD Rulings, HANS devices and Balaclavas are not required for Historic Rally Cars to take part in a demonstration event. You are free to use if you wish. Cars not complying with current stage rally rules are welcome, such as Targa or Road Rally cars, or cars complying with older rally car regulations, please simply advise the organisers of your car.
