Final preparations are being made for two FREE West Yorkshire car shows next weekend (9th June).
Around 100 classic cars are booked for the Royal Armouries Classic Car Show, organised by the Chevin Motor Club and the Royal Armouries.

A quick rundown of the cars coming include two pre-war Austin 7s, a 1939 Ford Hoto Rod Coupe and 1966 Mustang, Ferrari Dino (1971), Ford RS200 (1985), Porsche 933 GT2 (1996) and a Ferrari F430 Spider (2006).
The show takes place in Museum Square by Leeds Dock (10am – 4pm) and all visitors are encouraged to make a donation towards Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
On the day, everyone will be able to vote for their top cars in the People’s Choice Awards.

A few miles away, the Yorkshire Rover Club are holding their annual car rally in the stunning surrounds of Oakwell Hall Country Park, near Birstall (11am – 4pm).

Enthusiasts can expect to see everything from P2, P4, P5 and P6 Rovers to SD1, 620 series and more recent 75 models.
There will also be a craft fair and refreshments.
